The Erie County Commissioners amended the 4% hotel lodging tax regulation to include ALL establishments (hotel and rental homes) renting one or more rooms for less than 30 days starting 1/1/19.

If you have not paid the tax for January, February or March 2019, the payment is now due. Please use this link to pay using the Local Gov software https://lata.localgov.org/. If you have not registered with our office yet, please go to the Auditor’s website at www.erie.iviewauditor.com and click the Hotel Lodging Tax tab on the left hand side for our registration form and instructions.
