These proposed values DO NOT include New Construction, Splits or New Surveys.
All informal hearings have been completed. If you feel your proposed valuation is incorrect, you can file a DTE 1 form, beginning 1/1/2022 and ending 3/31/2022.
New property tax amounts are not available until December 2021, when the State Department of Taxation provides our office the new rates.
